Teams and settings
If you want to create with others on the same canvas, you need a team. This chapter covers creating a team, roles and permissions, and real-time collaboration.
Create a team and share credits
- Go to the Teams page (signed-in, no special permission), click Create team, fill in a name and description; the creator becomes the owner automatically;
- A team has a shared credit pool; generation in team projects draws from it, while your personal projects still use your own credits;
- To put a canvas under a team: on the Workspace page switch to the Team tab, pick a team you have rights in, and click New canvas.

Roles and permissions
Four levels, low to high:
- Viewer: can only view team canvases, not edit, and won't see rename / duplicate entries;
- Editor and up: can actually edit team canvas content;
- Admin and up: can invite / remove members, change member roles, delete team canvases, and create canvases under the Team tab;
- Owner: additionally can transfer ownership and disband the team; non-owners can Leave team anytime, while an owner must transfer or disband first.
Inviting members: on the team detail page, admins and up can add by email directly or generate an invite link to share, specifying the invitee's role.
Real-time collaboration cues
On a team canvas: others' cursors show live with name labels; when someone selects a node it gets a colored outline labeled "So-and-so is editing"; the top shows "N online". These are display-only cues and never block you from editing and saving.
